Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:

  • As a member of the senior management team, make a key contribution to the formulation of the company’s business and digital strategies
  • Proactively advise the senior management team on the emerging technologies and digital trends that are most relevant to the company’s goals and evolving needs
  • Help determine capital investment parameters, priorities and risks for enterprise-wide IT initiatives to maximize the return on investment

Leadership:

  • Develop an IT vision, strategy, and a roadmap, and lead the IT team and its business partners in effective execution
  • Ensure, on an ongoing basis, that current and planned technical architecture, investments and solutions are aligned with company business objectives
  • Prepare and monitor IT operational budgets that meet prevailing objectives and constraints.

IT Operations:

  • Direct the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the computing infrastructure that supports the company’s operations and business applications
  • Establish metrics for managing IT effectiveness and for measuring the impact of IT on the business
  • Establish appropriate service levels and the processes to ensure that KPIs are met
  • Maintain oversight of all IT projects, ensuring that commitments are properly planned, staffed, monitored and reported
  • Establish a comprehensive enterprise information security program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of relevant data
  • Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships within an assigned account base of existing customers
  • Responsible for facilitating the introduction of Microsoft and other OEM / Cloudstrats products, programs and services technology capabilities, providing educational resources, and driving the sale of technical products, programs and/or services.
  • Responsible for growing profitable sales, activations, and market share across the distribution channel by helping your assigned account base from SME to Enterprise with steady annuity stream
  • Deeply research into partner’s SaaS business to ascertain their level of expertise and then help them transform using a specific approach that emphasizes cross-selling, marketing programs, training and promotions that reward the partner for growth.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of Microsoft Office 365 product line and its associated key competitive products including life cycles, pricing programs, and technology advantages
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and close sales within their assigned base of Microsoft partners.
  • May travel up to 10% (which may include international travel)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years previous account management experience or four years’ experience with System Integrators / Distributors in a sales/customer service capacity equivalent to a Channel Account Specialist
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years previous sales/account management experience (preferably in a related industry) or one-year experience with Ingram Micro in a sales/account management capacity equivalent to a Channel Account Specialist.
  • Knowledge of professional, effective telephone techniques, sales and account management skills.
  • Ability to dig deeper into an organization and take advantage of cross and upsell opportunities.
  • Ability to develop deep technical and product knowledge.
  • Ability to expand that technical knowledge to become a Microsoft subject matter expert.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a valuable member of our Programs Team, which facilitates global demand generation and marketing automation projects for multiple countries around the world. The Programs team in the Global Business Intelligence Business unit oversees all scoping, implementation, reporting, work-flow development and program execution. The Programs team will work hand in hand with our Programs Operations Team, a multi-national team with team members around the globe (primarily in India, USA, Canada, UAE and Europe).

The Marketing Coordinator will support our program execution through the gathering of required elements and collateral, through collaboration with business managers and marketers embedded in the country executing the campaign. This role will also support the deployment of email campaigns and newsletters on behalf of the countries.

Essential Functions

Plan projects

  • Confirm scope is properly defined
  • Ensure the project follows the detailed work plan, which sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Follow the schedule for project completion and communicates any obstacles or delays that affect the project timeline
  • Review the project schedule with BI staff to ensure all resources are aware and aligned in preparation for execution
  • Gather all the required elements necessary to begin the project to life, including logos, assets, collateral and copy in the native language.
  • Must be very aggressive and communicate often in order to gather all required materials for the project.

Oversee project/program execution

  • Oversee the execution against the project plan
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project – support project workflow through JIRA
  • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
  • Communicate with project sponsors

Post Project Completion

Ensure ROI and performance stats are made available to the Program Manager and Consultant responsible for the project

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant additional experience in related field.

Experience: 1 to 3 years related industry experience in program management, project management or digital marketing experience.

  • Experience with marketing automation platform (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo) strongly preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL strongly preferred.
  • Experience with workflow tools desired (JIRA, PODIO)
  • Experience working within the digital marketing domain, including Email Marketing, Paid Search, SEO, Web Analytics and Social Media
  • Possess the ability to think strategically, examine, and re-engineer operations and procedures and implement new strategies and procedures.
  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal format, as well as manage details, and represent IM in a professional manner. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with others and foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Must possess project and time management skills.
  • Skilled in handling projects and good follow up skills. Possess the ability to maintain rapport with customer contacts and vendor representatives. Must be able to prioritize assignments.

The Cloudstrats Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and delivering on growth, revenue, and go to market innovation for our top customers for the Americas. As a key leader, ensuring that Cloudstrats will have the broadest reach, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new accounts and accessibility through partnerships with the largest Service Providers, ISVs, Enterprise, and Retails.   • Deep understanding of carrier economics with regards to financial reporting, ROI, product costing and ARPU
